please help I have uploaded photo without name and date in neet application form and thumb impressions with black ink will my form will be rejected or not please help

There is no such rejection of form if you upload picture without date and name. But, yes it is considered more of a standard form
Thumb impression too is not an issue to be worried about. Your print should be clear and there should be no discrepancy.
