please help me to fill the application of the TNEA from other state

Dear Student,
The criteria for TNEA Entrance Examination for other state students:
- Candidates must have to be an Indian Citizen but not a resident of Tamil Nadu. They will have to submit the permanent residence certificate in the set format in English only when completing the application form.
- Candidates have to score mandatory good marks beside the minimum marks valid to the degrees in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.
Documents needed for this:
Only the self attested photocopies of these following certificates are accepted.
- Recently taken photograph (20 to 25 Kb).
- Mark sheets of 10+2 th level.
- Mark sheet of 10 th standard.
- Transfer Certificate.
- Community Certificate (for SC/ST candidate).
- Permanent Residence Certificate.
- NATA mark sheet and Hall Ticket ( for B. Arch. only)
- Signature.
