Recent Colour Passport Size Photograph (scanned)- Size should be between 10 KB and 200 KB with dimensions of 3.5 CM X 4.5 CM
Signature (use a black ballpoint pen) - Size should be between 10 KB and 200 KB with the dimension of 3.5 CM X 1.5 CM.
