Please help me what to do next. I had got a defect for signature when I uploaded a new signature after clicking on submit button it shows only " You had taken an action against this defect " what should I do after.

Hi aspirant,
it is always mandatory to give more attention while filling forms, because they are not editable. In your case signature issue is there which is most vital part of an application. However dont panic try to contact helpdesk via mail or contact number which are available on official website. Inform them about issue and provide corrwct document. They will able to guide you further.
