Hello bimala, if you are good at communication skills and good to analyse the trends then you must opt for marketing startegy whereas if you Want good opportunities in management operations then you must go for international business, hence mba in IB can move to boost your carrer oppurtunities and also pay is more for IB, there are many job profiles after doing mba in IB !

MBA generally offers four domains. Marketing,Human Resources,Finance,Operations. You have to consider the college as well as its placements while choosing any domains. Marketing has slight edge over others and is more valuable so you get easily placed in marketing. In MBA you study two domains one as major subject while other as minor subject. You can take marketing as your subject and for minor you can choose between strategy and international business. It would be wiser if you study Marketing with Int. Business because it will add more value to your resume and both have immense learning and growth prospects.

You need to focus on your B-School which you get into rather than the field with more value. MBA is such a field which is valuable only if it is done from a high rank college.

Moreover, Marketing is a field which provides maximum placements.

International Business is a field which is growing more and more now a days.

Finance is the field that nowadays need the officials to be specific and reduce risks.

Human resource is the field which is needed in every organisation.

Just focus on a good score in the competitive exam to get into a good B-school which provides decent placements.
