Hi Ranita !
You obviously need to contact the medical colleges after declaration of NEET result if you are interested to take admission in their college. How will they know that you want to take admission ? After the declaration of the result , you have to fill the forms for ALL INDIA COUNSELLING and STATE COUNSELLING separately. For state , you should have domicile or you could have done class 12 from the state.
And , private colleges will also release their forms separately , so you have to fill the forms online to be eligible of counselling for both private and government colleges. State colleges will have only one form for registeration.
All the best !
