Well, apart from NCERT textbooks (which are of, let me tell you, prime importance), many books at there that might be useful.
For Physics,
H.C. Verma is good and enough for physics.
Make a formula sheet. It should contain all the formulas of 11th as well as 12th.
For Chemistry,
O.P. Tandon which is made especially for NEET students.
For Biology,
After learning for NCERT, practice problem from MTG papers. If you have time left, Truemens Biology is really good. It will interest you a lot.
Also, coaching notes are a major source of your preparation along with NCERT.
