All the mentioned colleges are good and so it is up to you and your priority

like if you  want a luxurious college life i will suggest you for BITS

else others are also excellent colleges there is no comparison between them

All are good though BITS is more popular amongst students for CS. I won't comment specifically on which is good as no institute is actually ranked on branches. They are ranked on the facilities, overall performance, faculty, research papers done by them and such parameters. But like I said BITS is preferred by students but getting into it is very tough as with the NITs. All the best!
