It depends on the college from which you will complete the postgraduation course.If any top governments college then you can get a package ranging from 8-10 LPA. It also depends on the type of organization you will join as well as you job profile.Like if you get placed in MNCs then your pay will generally be high.However after completing master's its better to go for research field.But if you are not interested then you can go for private/government jobs too.
