You were required to fetch a score of more than 600 out of 720 to increase your chances to get admission to top-rated medical institutes in New Delhi.

Next, moving to Uttar Pradesh. As per NEET UG 2020 Uttar Pradesh Cutoff trend under 85% State Quota, you have low chance to get admission to MBBS at any top-rated Public/Government medical or dental colleges , although you may get chance in Private medical institutes based on this marks.

Lastly, moving forward to Bihar. As per NEET UG 2019 Bihar Cutoff trend under 85% State Quota, you have good chances in few Private Institutes under Government Quota such as:

1. Katihar Medical College, Katihar
2. Lord Budha Koshi Medical College and Hospital, Saharsa
3. Mata Gujari Memorial Medical College, Kishanganj
4. Madhubani Medical College, Madhubani
5. Narayan Medical College and Hospital, Sasaram
