If you are asking about medical ug courses like mbbs, bhms, bams , bds etc then neet is the single entrance exam for getting into medical colleges as from this year both aiims and Jipmer have been scrapped off and have been merged with neet examination, so neet is the only gateway to all the medical colleges of India including all the aiims and Jipmer.

I would like to inform you that NEET 2020 application form has already been released by nta on December 2, 2019 in online mode at ntaneet.nic.in and the last date to register and fill the application form of NEET 2020 is December 31, 2019 , so you need to make sure that you fill the application form before the last date as only some days are left now for neet registration  and the neet examination will be conducted on May 3, 2020. Good luck for your neet examination, prepare well as neet is the only way for you to get into medical colleges.
