Please provide cutoff of mat and atma latest exam that was in feb and what was the paper pattern difficulty left? Previous years paper link?

Your question is not clear. The cutoff of which college? You need to specify that as different college have different cutoffs for the same exam. It won't be a universal one. So kindly specify the name of the college.
Coming to the difficulty level of paper, Data Analysis& Sufficiency and Intelligence & Critical Reasoning was fairly difficult. The other sections were quite easier.
