CBSE residential schools in India have varying fee structures based on factors like location, facilities, and grade levels. Here are two examples:
1. SSPublic School, Hoshiarpur :
Annual Charges: Rs. 800 (includes items like App, Tie, Belt, Diary, and I.D. Card).
Admission Fee: Rs. 4,000 (charged once for classes Nursery to IX & XI).
Annual Charges: Rs. 800 (charged once per session).
Exam Fee for Classes XI & XII: Rs. 600 per exam (July and December).
2. Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) :
Tuition: Free for all students.
Boarding and Lodging: Free for all students.
Uniforms, Textbooks, and Stationery: Provided free of cost.
Vidyalaya Vikas Nidhi (Development Fee): Rs. 600 per month for classes IX to XII; exempted for SC/ST, BPL families, and all girl students.
