    Hey dear ,

    Yes, you can repeat the 10th standard if you are not satisfied with your result. But importance of 10th standard is not worth of wasting an year.  You can also  repeat 12th board if you want to if there is not much gap more than 2 or 3 years between 10th and 12th .
