The cutoff for the exam depends on various factors and it varies from college to college.
Colleges like COEP, VJTI, WCE have very high cutoffs and your score must be 98-99+ percentile to get in there.
You need to score at least 90 percentile and above to get good engineering and college in Maharashtra.
Colleges like VIT Pune, SPIT Mumbai have the cutoff in the range 97+ percentile.
All these college offers Computer science, electrical, I.T, mechanical, electronics and telecommunication, production and textile and other branches.
For chemical engineering there are two good colleges and have high cutoff- ICT Mumbai and LIT Nagpur the cutoff is in the range of 98-99+ percentile
