PHYSICS - theory from ncert ,objective questions from hcv ,dc pandey or bm sharma(any one)
CHEMISTRY-ncert completely,ncert exemplar is also important while for question pratice you may refer ms chouhan, vk jaiswal and nk awasthi
BIOLOGY-only and only ncert,but some extra topics which are important can be studied from trueman elemantary biology.
Keep yourself updated with current affairs !

For PHYSICS "- Do ncert which is must for assertion and reasoning, DISHA'S physics guide and previous year aiims question paper book.
FOR CHEMISTRY :- Ncert , ncert examplar and previous year paper book .Ms chauhan to clear topics in which you have doubts.
For Biology :- Do NCERT, ncert biology is bible for medical students and then practice previous year questions book.
