Please suggest college for bms if I got 60% in +2?

Yes you are eligible for applying to all the universities offering the bachelor's in business administration program throughout India.
There are a number of universities and they also have different eligibility criteria for the same.
Most of them conduct entrances for admissions to the B.B.A program.
1. University of Delhi, new Delhi
The eligibility criteria for applying as well as
appearing for the Delhi univerity Joint Ability test is that You score
60% in any four subjects including maths ,english and any two which you
got highest in your class 12th boards. There are a
number of other good central universities/colleges you can apply to in
India.

2. NMIMS , Mumbai
3. St Xavier's college, Mumbai
The universities which offer BBA without maths as a Mandatory subject in class 12th .
1. Jamia millia islamia university, New Delhi
2. Indraprastha university, new Delhi
3. Aligarh Muslim university, aligarh
