Mostly faculties are from IIT’s,NIT ‘s and GATE qualified with Ph.D degree and having 3-4 research paper publish. Most of them are also having postdoctoral degree from renowned foreign University.

The faculty is well qualified, mostly Ph.ds. They guide the students in a very humble way. The curriculum incorporates specific courses under the notion of Professional Enhancement Programmes which helps students to pass through the Placement process. More than 550 companies (more than 90% being MNC's) visit every year for campus-recruitment of students from LPU. The companies which have visited as of now are: Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Cognizant Technology Solutions, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Amdocs, Capgemini, Verizon, Hitachi Power, Videocon etc. In the year 2019, a student of CSE branch has grabbed a package of 42 Lacs from Microsoft.
