Veterinary Council of India conducts All India Common Entrance Exam, commonly known as AICEE, for admission to various UG programmes in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry. VCI is the apex body of all veterinary colleges in India. The Department of Animal Husbandry has instructed VCI to use NEET-UG qualified merit list for admission to the above-mentioned courses to fill up seats in renowned Veterinary Colleges for 15% AIQ (All India Quota), except the state of Jammu & Kashmir. Amongst other criteria for selection of the eligible students for admission to the Degree courses will be as per VCI’s Minimum Standards of Veterinary Education.

The exam registration will be closed in the first week of the march. The exam will be conducted in the second week of the may and the result will also be in the month of May and counselling starts in the August.
