Please suggest low cut off colleges of du for bcom??

It seems like you are interested to pursue your undergraduate degree from Delhi University. To get a seat in the north campus requires above 95%. However, as you have mentioned about low cut-off being your concern then you can apply to Zakir Hussain Delhi College for the evening shift where you can get a seat if you have above 80%. This is probably (expected) to be the least cut-off of Delhi University.

Most colleges under Delhi University offer high cut-offs for B.Com. Many quality colleges like Hindu or Hans Raj has cut-off beyond 95%. The cut-off depends on seat matrix, your caste etc. If you belong to General you should have minimum around 82% or 85%. If you belong to any other category, then the cut-off varies. For SC/ST 65% or 70% will do. For OBCs it is the intermediate between General and reserved categories. You have chances at Dr. B.R.
