please suggest me which course is best based on scoop and salary? (B.sc Nursing or B.sc Anesthesia)

Both of the fields are aspiring and promising for providing the best career in future. You can select any of the above listed Course as they both are good. But, according to my opinion, going for bsc Nursing will be the best option for you.

B.Sc. in Anesthesia Technology is a branch of science which deals with the study of support and managing the work done by the professional anesthesia personnel . It is a 3-year full-time undergraduate degree course.

Whereas, BSc Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing is a 4-year undergraduate course in the field of medical science . Aspirants who have passed class 12 with biology or have completed a diploma in Nursing are eligible to apply for B.Sc Nursing.
