please suggest what should i do now as did my signature in my neet application form with blue pen instead of black ink pen.

Hi Arsh,
If there is any problem regarding your signature , you will immediately be notified by NTA through a mail.
So if you have not received a mail,it is not at all a problem but in case of you have received any mail regrading this then re upload your signature with black pen.
