According to the pass outs, 20k was the highest package offered by an IPO of IBM with some perks included in 2014-15 in Maharaja Aggarsen Institute of Management Studies.

Companies like Concentrix and Genpact offer 16-18 k package sometimes and some students even got like a 14k package.
