Dear Candidate,
Do not be frightened by the society. AI is a booming technology all around the globe. Because it is quite new to our nation in learning years, people are a bit skeptical to it. Even in IT, you will somehow in future have to learn either of the digital 2.0 technologies.
For you to clarify your doubt, you may get in touch with people LinkedIn. Ask them your doubt about how is AI going to change the technological advancements throughout the globe. Ask as many people as you can so that you get a detailed information about the subject. Ask people who are currently working in AI field so that you get more exposure. Do not get frightened by people's opinions. You are stronger than you know. Research well & I hope you will decide it for yourself after asking people.
Thanks
Hi Rahul, Artificial Intelligence is a part of Computer Science. So even if you don't get computer science AI has high scope. The theories and practices of computer science are always used for developing Artificial Intelligence Systems.
The key differences between Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence are:
1) CS is generic and wide concept whereas AI is an implementation.
2) AI is one of many fields in Computer Science.
3) AI is discipline belonging to CS.
Information Technology deals with the use of electronic computers and computer software to store, protect process, transmit and securely retrieve data. IT professionals perform a variety of tasks that range from installing applications to designing complex computer networks and information databases. Both are awesome branches it depends on your interest. Ai and ML is at boom currently and future prospects are also nice. Choose accordingly
Hey aspirant,
CS Artificial Intelligence is just a specific part of generic CSE . If you have interest in AI then definitely go for it!
As it is a new branch the future scope for it is pretty profound. Moreover with emerging technologies , excellence in AI will be a bonus point for you. Both CSAI and IT branches are good and will be an efficient course. It totally depends on you what interests you. If you are too fearful and would like to go for the generic course then you can opt for IT!
HOPE THIS HELPS,
ALL THE BEST!
