Let me share a pro regarding the HCL TechBee programme. It is most appropriate for people who cannot afford to complete a B.Tech. or comparable programme. Once you enrol in the programme, you must pay 2 lakh which you may finance with a bank loan. You will then be eligible for a stipend of INR 10,000 per month starting from the day of your enrollment.
After a year of training, you will be requested to enrol in either a four-year B.Sc. programme at BITS or a three-year BCA programme at SASTRA. Both of these programmes are recognised, and upon completion, you will be eligible to enrol in any postgraduate programme.
Your starting CTC would be between 2 and 2.2 LPA for the course, which I think is a respectable wage for a person who is 19 years old.
During the UG course, HCL has not made any disclosures on the assessment and pay increase procedure, yet there must be some certainty.
You must complete the course after 4 years and work at HCL for a minimum of 2 years. Thus, there has been a 7-year relationship with HCL.
