Delhi University, School of Open Learning, has not yet released the official dates for the beginning of filling of application forms. But the expected or tentative dates for the start of application for the UG Courses (BA/ BA (H)/ B.Com) is August 20, 2019.

I suggest you to regularly visit the official site of DU for the updates.
