Jahid, if you meant St. John's Medical College, St. John's Medical College is a Private Medical College. And Private Medical Colleges do not participate in All India Counselling. But because Karnataka is an Open State, you can participate in its State Counselling. You have to register for KEA for attending Karnataka State Counselling. And you securing a seat in this College totally depends on your NEET score. If you do not have Karnataka domicile, you will have to target nothing less than 600 for a seat in St. John's Medical College.
