The number of seats in Fishery course in government colleges in Bihar is only 42. Out of 42 seats, 85% of the seats is filled through BCECE or Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination i.e. 34 seats and the remaining 15% of the seats is filled through the exam conducted by ICAR i.e. 8 seats. Therefore, the number of Fishery seats in Bihar is extremely limited and it is so limited that it pales in comparison to the number of applicants. As your rank is far away from the cutoff rank, there is no way you can get a government seat for the course.
