Hello,
FMGE is foreign medical graduate examination. Those candidates are coming India from aborad to study medicine, then they have to clear this examination then they can get MCI registration and practice in India.
So if you failed your transaction for applying this form then you have to go to the bank where you did this transaction and talk to them. If money deducted and your transaction failed then don't worry you will get back your money from Bank. But once you have to talk to your Bank.

I have filed complaint with my bank but they also telling ask help desk. I asked helpdesk starting they responded my mails but nowadays not responding
It's has been 6 months and still my amount is not refunded ..
