Hi, Technically they say there is a quota for All India candidates but there is no mention of the same in  the allotment this year. The Govt and aided ones- there is no provision for outside Maharashtra candidates. The private ones you can check out. Pls select some institutes and write to them and they should get back with details. 

Most likely you are not eligible as you will have to produce your domicile at the time of admission.

But there might be some polytechnic which have certain seats for outside state candidates.

Rest you will have to specify the polytechnic you are asking for.
