Hi Sakshi,
First of all it really makes me feel proud that you are inclined towards UPSC and foreign education as well, that is you want to serve the society and the country by your knowledge and dedication.
Coming over to your question , Yes you do have a chance to study abroad if you become an IAS Officer but there are certain conditions:
1. You will be getting 2 years paid leave.
2. You should have completed at least nine years of service (six years for officers of the North-East cadre).
3. Universities like Harvard , Princeton provide special courses for the IAS.
4. You will also be provided a handsome amount of stipend and sometimes even the government funds your entire further education.
Feel free to ask any further queries, I will be glad to answer those.
2. And can a ifs officer live in the same country (chosen country where they worked as 2nd secretary) but in different region, is there anyway for that or possibilities!?
3. Shld i be 21 yrs old when writing exam or during submission of form...!?
4. When to when the exams are conducted!?
I asked four questions pls answer for all and pls give me the actual answers becoz ppl gave me different answers and iam confused
