please tell me is their any choice of getting pdpu petroleum engineering with jee main rank 70000 other state in any spot round

Since pdpu is very esteemed university in its forte and petroleum seats are filled first, you must have a much better rank than 70k to get it. Keeping aside normal rounds, even spot round can go upto 40k maximum. So I don't think that there are much chances of getting petroleum branch in pdpu.
