Yes ,  state counselling is available for AYUSH but for B.V.Sc (Veterinary courses) there is no state counselling .You have to go through all India Quota Counselling.

Ayush admission is through state counselling ( Ayush department of the respective state) as well as all India quota counselling ( AACCC - Ayush admission Central counselling committee)

But  for veterinary ( B.V.Sc) admission, it is through all India preveterniary test ( AIPVT) conducted by veterniary council of India (VCI).It has no state counselling.
