3. LPU:- 1.29lakhs-2.49lakhs (rating 4.3/5)
4. PU:- best college option rating(3.8/5)

PU will be best option as it is government university. Fee structure will comparatively low than other private college. you can also apply for scholarship given by institute, state and central government which will help you in finance.
