To be eligible for IIITs admission, you need to qualify JEE Mains and the basic eligibility would be -

• The candidate needs to qualify class 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Maths from a recognized board
• The candidate must have score a minimum 75% aggregate in boards (PCM) or must be in the top 20 percentile scorers in their respective boards and indivisually qualified each subject.
• The candidate must be minimum of 17 years.
• The candidate must be 12th appeariing or must have qualified 12th clas in 2018 or 2017.

So you need a minimum 75% in 12th boards (65% in case of ST/SC) or secure position in top 20 percentiles.

For admissions to IIITs candidates should have secured at least 75% marks in class 12th exam or be in the top 20 percentile in the class 12th exam conducted by the respective boards.
For SC/ ST candidates, the eligibility criteria is 65% marks in class 12th.

The minimum boards percentage required for the admission in IIIT are as follows:-

• Passed Class 10 with at least 60% marks
• Passed Class 12 Science with at least 60% marks
• 10+2 with minimum 45% marks in each of the following subjects: Physics, Mathematics & Chemistry.
