I hope you got admission in Good College. Just to answer your question, there are many colleges who conduct thier own entranc exam like IISER BSc Entrance Exam. In this types of exam, your 12th marks are not that important. You just need 50-55% to write for this kind of entrance exam. It all depends on your score in the entrance exam.
