It depends.A lot of counselling boards do ask for 10th admit cars while document verification.But you need to worry much.You need to do one thing.
CBSE offers the service for online generations of duplicate admit cards on to the official website page of Central board of secondary education. The duplicate admit card can be obtained by entering your affiliation code as user id and school code as password. Then you can get the duplicated Admit card.
