As we go through the latest cut-off of 2020 then it shows that the closing CRL rank was 153361 for SC candidate for ECE branch in IIIT Delhi.
Now to secure such rank you should have your JEE-Main score at least 80+ marks out of 300 and percentile against this should be around 91+.
