JEE is an all India level examination with more colleges enrolled than in KCET and also more students appear so yes it is more difficult than KCET. So if you are trying to compare based on difficulty level, both are difficult exams if you don't prepare well and JEE is a little more tougher than KCET. SO if you prepare well for JEE mains you will be able to clear KCET also.
Just keep your concepts clear and revise NCERT and you will be able to do well in both the exams

KCET is a state level exam. KCET is for admission in Engineering, B. Pharm and Farm Science courses in Government/ University/ Private Aided/Private un-aided institutions in Karnataka State. Through KCET, you can only take admission in Karnataka.

Whereas IIT JEE is a national exam through which you can get admission into IITs, NITs and IIITs. Some state engineering colleges and private engineering colleges also take admission through JEE mains. Through JEE, you can take admission in any state.
