You can get the scholarship if you giv and clear the MET (manipal University Entrance test).  The Scholarship details are based on the annul family income of the students which are as follows :

Annual Income of the parents >>>>>>>>>> Scholarship on Course FEES

Upto Rs.3 lakhs >>>>>>>>>>>>>>100%

Above Rs.3 lakhs upto Rs.5 lakhs >>>>>>>>>>>>90%

Above Rs.5 lakhs upto Rs.7.5 lakhs >>>>>>>>>>>75%

Further, in order to get admission in Manipal University , you can get direct admission in Manipal University by qualifying MET. Manipal conducts its own test so to get admission in Manipal through JEE marks is only possible in the fifth or later rounds if some seats are still left . They use jee main score/ rank to fill the seats.
