UPTU/UPSEE is state level entrance exams for admission in various engineering colleges if UP.
Although this exams is easier when compared to JEE but this exams has its own difficulty level.It has vast syllabus in very unpredictable.Withou a good basics,knowledge,understanding and application you cannot score well in this exams.Its important to cover all chapters precisely for a good score.
