Since you are interested in Mtech. I want to tell you that there are few specializations to name
- VLSI
- Communication & Signal Procesing
- Controls
- RF
- Embedded & Image Processing
- Few Interdisciplanary Courses..
Out of all these VLSI has been and will continue to be the best choice and often the toughest to get into. …
CSP is next best choice to follow. The core companies of VLSI and CSP are good in number and you can get good placements.
RF and other choices may get you in some bother in search of jobs. Though you should be getting job if you are good.
