please tell, will the fee amount of 1 lakh rupees submitted for the second round round of couselling in punjab be refunded if we are alloted a college in second round but dont want to take the seat?

Dear aspirant,
If you would name the counselling in the comment box then it would be easier for me to guide you because I need to know the name of the counselling and the examination for which you are attending the counselling.
So, in general if you have been alloted a seat and you have opted to not to take the seat then surely your amount would be refunded but it will deduct a certain amount which should not be more than 5k.
