Dear aspirant,

If you would name the counselling in the comment box then it would be easier for me to guide you because I need to know the name of the counselling and the examination for which you are attending the counselling.

So, in general if you have been alloted a seat and you have opted to not to take the seat then surely your amount would be refunded but it will deduct a certain amount which should not be more than 5k.
