21 is not the age to lose hope, you have your entire life ahead of you and many opportunities which you might not even be aware of. If language particularly English is your problem and that's what making you feel out of the place, then surely, you can learn it. All you have to do is make some extra efforts and try to listen the language as much as you can, it's the first step of learning any language.
