Being a BTech drop out won't affect your chances of getting a good job. What matters is that you have done your bachelors in mass communication and MBA sincerely and almost at the verge of completion of your MBA. You will get a job based on your current field of study and education qualification not based on the fact that you are a BTech dropout. Just work hard and do well in your MBA placements, you will be great! The times are indeed tough for everyone this year but if you are better than the rest of the people you will get yourself placed into a very good company at a decent job.
