NEET 2024: Cutoff (OBC, SC, ST & General Category)
NEET 2024 Admission Guidance: Personalised | Study Abroad
NEET 2025: Syllabus | Most Scoring concepts | NEET PYQ's (2015-24)
Bro, but remember nobody got success in 1 night, they have been trying all the day consistently, Since you are also determined to give priority for Neet, So let me rephrase it, Determination + Perseverance = Success, these were told by my father in the begining of neet prep. Just start, your momemtum will take to the end, get advices from your mentors, try to completely syllabus on 3 months and give full mocks exams in January and february, so you'll find your difficult chaps and give more time to it. When i feel i'm not able to understand, don't close the book, Go and meditate or pray to god, free your stress, and study again, Rest everything is in your hands
Finally : You may not win immediatly, but one day you'll win definitely.

Hello,
Its totally fine too be a little stressed and worried but too much is also bad.
To improve your concentration towards studies firstly remove all your electronic gadgets while studying .
No notification , no calls and no noise .
Try to sit in a chair and study no sofa or bed.
Third prepare a time table and study Accordingly.
Take little breaks and study topics which are lengthy at first and then concentrate on topics that are little easy.
Drink plenty of water , take a walk .
Study topics by solving questions and understanding them rather than rote learning.
Learn by mnemonics and tutorials.
Lastly if you want others option you can go for bachelor in science courses.
There are plenty of options so don't worry.
BEST regards!!
Hello,
Hope you are doing good.
Coming to your question, I understand it becomes really difficult to concentrate on your studies, specially during this time.
Below I will share some tips that will help you to concentrate better:
-
Find a time which is best suitable for you to study. Some find it better to concentrate in the morning while others find they can do better in the night.
-
Decide what portions you would like to finish in that particular day
-
Prepare a timetable according to the above, keeping slots for breaks
-
Start studying with your favorite subject, so that you don’t get bored from the beginning itself
-
Take breaks when you get bored, and try to avoid studying at a stretch for a longer duration.
-
Always keep some time apart for your hobbies, exercise, etc.
-
Eat healthy food, sleep well and also socialise. A healthy mind is the most important for good concentration
-
Do some mind games like Sudoku, Crossword puzzles, Chess, etc
-
Also try meditation
Following these I am sure you will be able to improve your concentration.
