Pls suggest how to apply for B Arch in IP university, it does not show course at the time of payment, in drop down list.

It is likely that the college might not have started to accept the applications for B.arch, so kindly wait till the college makes further announcements. Also, the website doesn't mention anything with regards to applications window being closed for B.arch so you need not worry, since the window for applying to B.arch program has not yet been opened. The college is likely to make an announcement shortly.
