As per your question, there are many standard books for jee and neet preparation but there are several has excellent topic to topic concepts which will clear your concepts clearly as by referring this book.

For jee :-

You should prefer hc verma in physics, ML khanna in mathematics and your NCERT books for chemistry as NCERT have better concepts in chemistry.

For NEET:-

You should prefer as mentioned above hc verma for physics which clear your concepts clearly , for chemistry you can prefer your class XI th and class XIIth NCERT books for chemistry concepts and for biology you can prefer Class 11th and 12th book also as well as objective book by dinesh.
