Dear students, NSS is national service scheme. It is a society in different colleges in which a member works for the benefit of the society.  It is a social team in which student takes part in all the environment related works. Its benefit is that you will learn the leadership skill and learn more about people and environment.

Hello Aditya

While in college there are certain perks of joining NSS.

You get a certificate from NSS saying you have were active and have worked with a couple NGOs.

Social work on your CV. Most companies prefer to have employees with extra curriculum activities, especially social work.

It also helps while doing your Masters.
